Manual Screw Gate Hoist Export to Cambodia | HSCRANE

Sep/30,2026 Author:Huasui

Project Background

To upgrade agricultural irrigation networks around Cambodia’s Tonle Sap Lake, water conservancy contractors bought equipment. They purchased a batch of HSCRANE manual screw gate hoist equipment for the Battambang canal sluice project. Field canals in this area lack power grid coverage. Frequent floods also occur during the rainy season. Sluice gate operations rely entirely on manual on-site dispatch. This sets extremely strict demands for the gate hoist. High mechanical transmission efficiency is strictly required. Hand-crank self-locking safety and weather protection are also essential.

Gate Hoist Equipment Selection and Technical Specifications

HSCRANE engineering calculated based on on-site sluice gate weight and water pressure. We matched a heavy-duty side-crank screw gate hoist for this project. Specific parameter specifications are as follows:

Production Processing and Quality Control Highlights

●Screw rolling and heat treatment: The gate hoist screw uses a precise rolling process. This ensures trapezoidal thread surface roughness reaches Ra 1.6μm. The full screw length undergoes medium-frequency quenching and tempering. Bending deformation remains under 0.2mm at a 10-ton rated pull.

●Ductile iron casing and quenched gears: The outer casing uses high-strength QT450 ductile cast iron. Transmission gears use carburized and quenched 20CrMnTi alloy steel. Gear surface hardness reaches HRC 58-62. This significantly reduces wear under field conditions without lubrication maintenance.

●Full-stroke heavy-load pull testing: Each manual gate hoist undergoes a 1.25-time overload pull test after assembly. This is done on a vertical test bench. It checks hand-crank torque and self-locking functions. It also tests screw guide sleeve eccentricity to ensure a 100% pass rate.

Export Shipping Protection and Packaging Standards

●Screw rust prevention and sealing: Southeast Asia shipping faces high heat and humidity. The full screw length is coated with RP-3 dehydrating anti-rust grease. It is wrapped in multi-layer VCI film. A high-density PVC anti-scratch protective cover is also applied.

●Fumigation-free solid wood box sealing: The head transmission part and hand crank are detached. They are placed in an ISPM 15 compliant plywood wooden box. High-density EVA foam cushions the internal surroundings. Sufficient silica gel desiccant is placed inside the box.

●Shipping marks and center of gravity: Rain and moisture-proof warning labels are pasted outside the box. Equipment model, weights, dimensions, and lifting gravity center are marked in English. This facilitates on-site dispatching and lifting unloading.

Cross-border Logistics and On-site Delivery Process

●Ocean shipping from Qingdao to Sihanoukville: Goods complete FCL container loading at the factory. They travel via direct liner from Qingdao Port. They arrive at Cambodia’s Sihanoukville Port. The entire ocean voyage takes 11 days.

●Inland land transport and truck dispatch: Local trucks transport goods after customs clearance. They travel along Highway 4 and Highway 5. Goods arrive at the Tonle Sap Lake water conservancy site in Battambang. This overcomes muddy road transport difficulties during the rainy season.

●On-site installation guidance and unpacking acceptance: HSCRANE provides detailed Cambodian-English bilingual installation manuals and video guides inside the box. The local construction team finished installing the first 12 gate hoist units quickly. They completed gate hanging and manual trial runs within half a day.

Conclusion

Remote farmland water conservancy projects lack power supply. The HSCRANE manual screw gate hoist features reliable self-locking performance. It also offers a light hand-crank operation and excellent weather-resistant anti-corrosion quality. It successfully solved flow control problems in Cambodia’s Tonle Sap Lake irrigation canals. This order was delivered smoothly and operates efficiently. This proves HSCRANE’s professional level in manufacturing and export protection. It specifically highlights small and medium water conservancy lifting machinery. It also lays a solid foundation. This helps further expand the Southeast Asian water conservancy equipment market.
